That words so useful for me it makes me to change and accept the world whatever changes or difference.
I used to blame or criticize why these things happened on me and made me crazy. That words makes me to think what should I do and what I need to change.
I found it changed gradually in my life. I only focused on my things rather than to blame or anxious about surroundings.
I can feel the change in my life and myself.I won't angry easily or anxious. Meanwhile it is not easy to outbreak about my emotions.
When I learned to calm down about everything the world becomes quietly than before.
