抛掷物可能来自高层

男性住户进行DNA样本采集
经过比对
最终锁定18楼住户史某
面对证据 史某交代事发当晚 他因害怕妻子发现自己在家喝酒 趁夜深人静时将空酒瓶扔出窗外 未曾考虑可能带来的后果

“高空抛物不是‘没砸到人就没事’”
根据《中华人民共和国刑法》 第二百九十一条之二规定 从建筑物抛掷物品 情节严重的，即便未造成伤害 也可处一年以下有期徒刑 本案中，史某从54米高空抛掷硬物 因涉嫌高空抛物罪 被依法采取刑事强制措施 目前，案件正在进一步办理中
