《黑神话：悟空》中的一句禅言深刻道出了“天命”之道，揭示了人生路上的坎坷与坚持。对于监狱民警而言，教育改造罪犯同样是一条充满挑战的天命之路。
在这条路上，监狱民警从不畏惧艰难险阻，始终以“学”字开路，不断提升自身的专业素养和实战能力。把日常工作中的“手中活”练成了“必杀技”，用专业的能力和坚定的执着，应对各种复杂情况。

南汇监狱按照司法部监狱戒毒人民警察实战大练兵要求，厉兵秣马。经过近一年的实战大练兵，南汇监狱的民警们在各类练兵项目中取得了显著进步，个人能力和士气均大幅提升，工作推动更加有力。
12月20日，上海市监狱管理局2024年民警实战大练兵暨职业技能竞赛总决赛在上海政法学院博雅馆隆重举行。在这场激烈的角逐中，南汇监狱的顾竹青凭借出色的表现荣获亚军。

天命之路
为全面展示民警实战能力和职业素养，同时选拔参加总决赛的人选，南汇监狱于近日举办了“天命之路 警徽闪耀”——2024年度民警岗位练兵与职业技能竞赛监狱决赛。
7名在监狱预赛中脱颖而出的民警，踏上了监狱决赛的赛场。决赛设置了三个充满挑战的副本，每个副本都考验着民警们的专业技能、团队协作和应变能力。

副本一：起航初探
关卡一是技能挑战赛的第一关，设置了三个紧贴实际的工作场景：应急处突、监管改造与清抄业务。选手逐一进入场景，运用所掌握的业务知识对题目进行实战模拟。这一关不仅考验了选手对基础理论知识的熟练掌握程度，更注重测试民警的实际应变能力。

副本二：砺剑成锋
第二关考核的是“监组动态四知道”及“物品清抄”，要求选手们通过一行笔迹迅速识别出自己管理的罪犯的姓名、案由以及刑期等关键信息。这不仅是对选手们记忆力的考验，更是对监组罪犯动态信息掌握程度的检验。后半段赛程中，若干物品被放置在不同角落，选手们需要在预定时间内将它们一一找出。这不仅要求选手们拥有敏锐的洞察力，还需要他们具备信息综合、快速反应和准确判断的能力。

副本三：漫漫天命路
在历经了两个副本的激烈考验后，参赛选手凭借着卓越的表现与坚韧不拔的精神，成功晋级到了最终副本。这一关卡，是对他们综合能力与专业素养的最终检验。此关卡设置了8个精心挑选的视频案例，这些案例均来源于监管工作的真实场景，涵盖了监管工作中常见问题。选手们通过观看视频，迅速发现问题，并给出合理的整改方案。整个比赛过程中，选手们展现出了高超的专业素养与出色的分析能力，他们的精彩表现赢得了在场民警的阵阵掌声。

获奖情况
经过三个副本的激烈角逐，年度练兵竞赛圆满落幕。来自七监区的顾竹青凭借出色的表现，摘得桂冠，荣获年度练兵竞赛岗位标兵称号。陈振辉、吴燕华、黄由仪三位选手也凭借卓越的表现，荣获优胜个人荣誉称号。陈宇翛、孙麟、陈晨则凭借在各自岗位上的精湛技能，荣获岗位能手荣誉称号。

手捧奖杯，顾竹青满怀感慨地说：“这份荣誉不仅属于我个人，更属于南汇监狱这个团结奋进的集体。在实战大练兵的过程中，我提升了专业能力和实战水平。未来，我将继续努力，为监狱事业的发展贡献自己的力量！”
